Christmas Trees 2009

Our trees will arrive on Tuesday 1st December and be on sale all throughout the month. Rotas for the Scouts' can be found to the right.

This month of fund-raising enables us to keep costs for Summer camp low while still travelling to
great destinations.

All Scouts are required to help out on delivery dates to help unload the truck and to minimise disruption to local traffic. These dates are the following: (all 7.30pm)

Tuesday 1st December
Monday 7th December
Friday 11th December

As we anticipate a tougher year of sales, advertising and publicity are hugely important to us. We are looking into various new ways to sell ourselves but one of the easiest is through word of mouth. Please tell colleagues, neighbours and friends to support this worthwhile cause. We promise to be very competitive!

If you can think of other ways that you can help e.g. posters in school/ work etc. please let us know via email.
When dropping/ collecting Scouts during the month please drop the Scouts at the bus stop to avoid driving into the yard.
